BLEND Continuous Mixing Plants (for concrete and cold asphalt)
The Blend plant is the new way of thinking concrete and cold asphalt. Thanks to its internal structure which stocks raw materials in separate compartments, we reduce waste and we mix only what we need, small or large quantities. By changing the recipe it’s possible to mix different qualities of concrete with the same load.
It is a simple and versatile plant managed by a single operator. An automatic washing program cleans the mixer and the conveyor belt. The intelligent onboard computer controls cement and aggregate weighing, water and admixtures dosage: the result is certified concrete. Production on site improves quality and reduce production time and costs.
The Blend mobile plants are versatile available in different dimensions with a wide range of optionals for the following applications :
- Concrete
- Recycling
- Cold asphalt
- Railways and tunnels
The same mobile mixing plant can be equipped at the same time with an:
1. Admixture pump kit with electric motor, control panel calibrating pump capacity. 42 lt. tank and support frame. Admixture injector feed to the water line.
2. Emulsion admixture pump kit, pump head heated by the engine block, complete with a 650 lt. tank. Vacuum system for loading the reservoir and feeding the mixer.
